I created this using coconut milk and coconut flour. It’s a spread which has a quark-like texture. Perfect as a sweet pancake topping, or snack, when combined with fruit and nuts.
Tastes exactly the same when it’s white. However adding spirulina significantly raises it’s nutritional value. It’s a totally effortless way to include algae in your daily nutrition.


  • 2/5 cup coconut milk (100ml)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • sweetener of choice (optional)
  • pinch of blue spirulina (optional)




  • 2/5 szklanki mleka kokosowego (100ml)
  • 3 łyżki mąki kokosowej
  • wybrany słodzik (opcjonalnie)
  • szczypta niebieskich alg (opcjonalnie)
