BLUE COCONUT BITES

I have been thinking about purchasing blue algae ever since I saw a beautiful blue chia pudding made by Olga.
I tried incorporating green spirulina into some of my foods before, but its taste just didn’t appeal to me. That’s why I waited so long before ordering Blue Majik – I was afraid to spend a considerable amount of money on something that might be disgousting.
However, the stunning color and the insanely high nutritional value made me do it either way.
Now I know I shouldn’t have waited so long! Blue algae is waaaaay more delicate than regular spirulina and there is no trace of its taste or smell in the coconut bites I made 🙂

  • 5 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 5 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 5 tablespoons erythritol (or 2-3 tablespoons xylitol)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • a bit of water (to glue everything together)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Blue Majik (blue spirulina – optional, adds color and nutritional value)

Combine everything thoroughly. Form desired shapes. Place in the fridge for firmness.

NIEBIESKIE KOKOSOWE KULKI

  • 5 łyżek śmietanki kokosowej
  • 5 łyżek wiórków kokosowych
  • 3 łyżki mąki kokosowej
  • 5 łyżek erytrolu (lub 2-3 łyżki ksylitolu)
  • 2 łyżki oleju kokosowego
  • trochę wody (żeby skleić wszystko razem)
  • 1/4 łyżeczki niebieskiej spiruliny Blue Majik (opcjonalnie, dodaje kolor i wartość odżywczą)

Wymieszaj dokładnie wszystkie składniki. Uformuj wybrane kształty. Odstaw do lodówki do stwardnięcia.
